Plunge Pool
A visit to Stellenbosch in summer will be well worth your while as the sunny, hot weather and cloudless skies make lounging by our sparkling plunge pool with a good book and a chilled glass of wine the order of the day. We offer cooldrinks, wine and cheese platters while you relax on a sun-lounger by the pool.

Garden
Our beautifully-landscaped garden is often the backdrop for wedding photographs and has even been featured in a local lifestyle magazine. We also have a rose bush that is over 100 years old and still blooms for us every season! Take a quiet moment in the early morning and sit outside on the veranda with a steaming cup of coffee to experience first-hand the beauty of our immaculate garden.

Our staff are passionate about Stellenbosch and its surrounds. We want to make sure that you leave, what is in our opinion, the most beautiful town in South Africa with many fond memories. Please don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations as we have first-hand experience on what to see and do in our charming town and its surrounds. We also offer informative maps and brochures at reception, and we will gladly advise and assist in organizing wine tours, scenic day tours, shuttles to and from Cape Town International Airport as well as making restaurant reservations.

For your convenience, we offer same-day laundry services during the week and a limited service over the weekend.

Breakfast room
Breakfast is served in our beautiful butter-yellow breakfast room with its high ceilings and original teak sash windows. Our delicious breakfasts consist of an extensive continental buffet or a hot breakfast to order. The hot breakfast is either the traditional full English consisting of eggs (done to your liking), bacon, fried mushrooms, fried tomato and toast, or the special of the day.
