Booking Terms

We are delighted to welcome you to Bonne Esperance Boutique Guest House. The following booking terms help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Children
We are unable to accommodate children under 6 years of age.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00.
If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

Check-out is by 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.

Payment & Deposits
A deposit or full pre-payment may be required to secure your reservation.
The balance is due in accordance with your booking confirmation.

We accept credit/debit card payments and EFT.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• 15 days or more before arrival: full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• 8–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value is charged
• 7 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the booking value is charged
• Amendments to booking dates are treated as cancellations.

Group Bookings
Bookings of 4 or more rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to different payment and cancellation terms.

• A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a group booking, with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival.
• For cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made 21 days or less before arrival, as well as no-shows and early departures, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

The group booking terms apply to the booking as a whole, including any reduction in the number of rooms or guests after the booking has been confirmed.

Special rates are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival
