Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, services, and use of Bonne Esperance Boutique Guest House and its facilities.

General Use
By making a booking, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the reservation.

Liability
Guests use the property and facilities at their own risk. While we take all reasonable care to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, Bonne Esperance Boutique Guest House cannot be held liable for:

• loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
• injury, illness, or accidents on the property
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events)

Property & Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or property during their stay. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Swimming Pool & Facilities
Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is on duty.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for general use. Fair usage applies, and service availability is not guaranteed at all times.

Third-Party Services
We may assist in arranging third-party services such as tours or transport. These services are provided by independent operators, and we accept no responsibility for their performance or conduct.

Right of Admission
We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel a stay where necessary to protect the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of guests and staff.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
